Most to all other guides do not even talk about it as it was the worst war crimes of the war that it disgusted the entire German Army. We explore the districts of Wola and Ochota the two most affected parts of the city in the Uprising. You will learn about the most notorious unit in the 1944 Uprising, Belarus and the entire Eastern Front; the Dirlewanger Brigade. I have done full deep obsessive and continual research into this unique sonderkommando and feel I must share the knowledge as they were the worst, most brutal in the S.S. however they are not very well known at all. You will learn about the men involved in the Uprising massacres that paved the way of total defeat for the Poles and also learn of the barbarity learned and practiced in Belarus and eventually Warsaw. As well as several testimony witnesses, especially from an 18 year old Wehrmacht soldier who wouldn't talk about his horrifying experiences as an army attachment to the unit until 2003 many years afterwards.
